In December 2022 users that have an Ipevo document camera connect to a windows computer by way of a usb cable will require a new approach.

Previously on the windows computer users use to use the Ipevo Visulizer App.

The new method for windows computer will be to use the companies Progressive Web App ( PWA). The url for this app is

https://apps.ipevo.com/pwa/visualizer.app/.

Ensure you are only running this new way and don't have the app open as well otherwise it will not work.
