What to try if touch does not work on smartboard. 

Solution- Click on the windows logo ( bottom left on computer) Go to Smart Technologies, Select Product Drivers Orientate. If you need to move the orientation to the smartboard, you can press the keyboard space bar so it jumps to the smart board screen. Once the Orientate is on the smartboard, go and touch the indicated dots. Now test to see if it is working.

If it is still not working then submit a work order.

If your Smart Tv recently changed meaning you come in and have to switch it from Android to HDMI 1 to get your computer content on the screen or you can not shut down your Smart TV because all it does is reboot, then you should review this document for changes you can do.

Problem: Whenever I print from a Google Doc, or a PDF of a Google Doc, to the Smart Notebook app, it removes letters randomly - This is a known issue from Smart.

Solution :  instead of using "Open" use "Import" the pdf file that was created. See this article about importing.
