First  reach out to another Librarian or post to the Group. They may have an answer for you.

If that doesn't work, reach out to Destiny Technical support. They are a great bunch to work with. The number for Follet Customer support is 888-511-5114 then menu option 2 for Technical Support then option  2 Destiny support and option 1 Library Manager Support.  You will need your customer number. 

To get your customer info number - Log into your Library program. Select Admin, from left side menu select Site configuration  and then select Site info from the upper right tab. Look half way down the page to get it.
